Please could someone recommend any treatments for the type of tinnitus where it’s constantly ringing and won’t stop even for a while? I usually hear it when I’m about to fall asleep or when it’s silent or w/e. The only time i don’t hear it is when I’m doing something but that’s because it doesn’t come to mind. Do you know of any easy effective non-medical treatments/cures for tinnitus?
